How we can support you?

Kalyan’s staff provide person-centred support and case management services. That means we focus on you and what you need, and work with you to achieve your goals. We want to help you take the necessary steps to access longer-term housing, live comfortably, and get on with your life.

We can help you with:

  • Finding long-term, affordable housing
  • Setting up a home
  • Connecting with family and friends
  • Accessing healthcare
  • Staying in, or returning to school, TAFE or university
  • Enrolling in a course
  • Accessing income
  • Accessing other support services
  • Supporting you in extracurricular activities like sport
  • Finding a job
  • Transport to appointments
